Sooner or later I will be asked why I think everyone should become millionaires or why I want to become one (or even a billionaire)? At some point I will hear the usual arguments that money is evil or that wealthy people are evil, and on and on.
Before I answer the original question let me address the fallacious arguments. First, money is not evil or the root of evil. This argument typically comes from someone who has some exposure to religion or Christianity. For those of you who fall into those categories, let me clarify your serious misunderstanding. The Bible says “the love of money” is the root of evil. Don’t believe me? Check it out.
Second, the idea that wealthy people are evil is just as ludicrous. In fact, equally ludicrous is the idea that all poor people are stupid? Can wealthy people be evil? Sure. Can poor people be evil? Certainly. Can either be stupid? Most definitely. My point is this. Having wealth is no qualifier for whether or not someone is evil (or stupid for that matter).
Tomorrow, I’ll move into a bit of my personal story before I dive into the actual why I want to be incredibly wealthy. My reason for sharing my story is because I distinctly remember having a defining moment that has literally changed the course of my life.
