It’s been almost a month since I last posted.  Much has happened during that time.  The stock market has continued to free-fall with slight recoveries here and there.  We have a new President-elect.  I still have a slight cold that is dragging out forever.  My grandfather passed and with him an era seems to have ended.

Here’s what I have in the works:

Stay tuned for a series on the church and debt.  I think I’m about to upset a whole host of church leaders, pastors and the like… well, it’s probably long overdue anyway.  I’m going to come down pretty hard on those who think they are smart by borrowing money.  I’m going to show why the book they claim is their guidebook warns against it and perhaps speculate why they don’t listen to it.  The beauty of it is if they have a problem with it they will have to take it up with God… I didn’t write the book, just pointing out the obvious. should be fun!

I’m trying to nail down the dates to attend a financial seminar that will help me prepare to begin walking people out of debt in my church and community early next year if all goes according to plan.  Not certain how it’s going to turn out nor do I know if I’ll enjoy it… I won’t know unless I try and frankly, I think helping people change their financial legacy could be a whole lot of fun.
